ISO 9001 certification is known as the "passport to the international market", and the ISO 9000 family of standards is a concept proposed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1994. It refers to the international standards developed by ISO/Tc176 (International Organization for Standardization Quality Management and Quality Assurance Technical Committee), which is one of the most influential standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Since its publication, it has been widely used worldwide and has had a huge impact on the development and quality improvement of international trade.

ISO 9001:2015 introduces the concept of risk thinking, focusing more on the operational risks and performance of organizations, emphasizing the role of leadership in management systems, and fully considering the constantly changing business environment to assist organizations in responding to the ever-changing needs of customers, enhancing their competitiveness, and maintaining survival and development. Service Process

Step 1- Provide customized recommendations based on the size and business type of the organization. Once you sign the proposal, the review can begin.

Step 2- Provide optional consulting services and form a certification team.

Step 3- Optional "pre review" services for preparation and weak links.

Step 4- Formal review. Phase 1: Preparation Assessment: Evaluate the documented system and other important systems established by the organization, and identify any non conformities.

Step 5- Phase 2: Includes interviews with staff, inspection of document records, and on-site inspection of work practices to identify audit findings. After passing the review, a certificate will be issued.

Step 6- Conduct supervision and review of the implementation of the system and rectification plan every six months or one year according to the contract.

Step 7- After the certificate has been issued for 3 years, carry out a re certification audit.
