This includes aspects such as whether employment practices, wages, benefits, and working conditions comply with local laws and regulations, whether employees' human rights are respected, and whether the working environment meets occupational health and safety standards. 1. Company legality: 

The guests verified whether the company was legal and safe by reviewing documents such as the business license, tax registration certificate, and fire safety diagram. 

2. Child labor and underage workers: 

Guests strictly prohibit the company from employing underage workers under the age of 16. We can accept the employment of minors aged between 16 and 18, but it is necessary to have the approval from government departments and take practical actions to ensure the physical and mental health of the underage workers. 

3. Discrimination: 

Guests are not allowed for the company to have any discrimination in the recruitment and promotion of employees based on gender, race, age, religion, etc. The inspection team usually examines the personnel files of all current employees, as well as the personnel files and labor contracts of those who have left the company in the past six months. 

4. Working Hours: 

The company must ensure that workers have their rest time in accordance with local laws and regulations. Workers should have at least one day of rest per week, and the total working hours per week should not exceed 60 hours. 

5. Labor Remuneration: 

Regular overtime work and overtime work on statutory holidays should be compensated to employees according to the rates stipulated by local laws. Moreover, the monthly salary must not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. Guests usually review the attendance records and salary payment records of the employees for the past 3 months or 12 months. 

6. Punitive measures: 

The guests do not accept any form of penalties, beatings or other measures imposed by the company on its employees, nor do they accept any behavior of forced labor by the company. 

7. Health and Safety: 

The company must provide a healthy and safe working environment, as well as necessary environmental protection measures and relevant licenses. For employees in special occupations, they should have corresponding operation certificates. 

8. Counter-terrorism: 

Not only should there be corresponding procedures for personnel movement and goods circulation, but also corresponding operation records. For the physical security of the company, the key control management must keep records as per the guests' requirements. 

The evaluation grades of GUESS are divided into two categories:

Important emergency exit arrows should also be pasted on the wall.
