Wal Mart is a global chain enterprise in the United States. It is the largest company in the world in terms of turnover, and its controller is the Walton family. Headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, northwest of Little Rock, USA. Wal Mart is mainly involved in the retail industry and has the most employees in the world, ranking first among Fortune Global 500 enterprises for five consecutive years. Wal Mart has 8500 stores in 15 countries around the world. Wal Mart's suppliers need to conduct three system audits: human rights RS, quality FCCA and anti-terrorism SCS. Anjia Consulting summarized the audit contents of Walmart Walmart based on years of experience in customer inspection and coaching:
1. RS human rights factory inspection
Wal Mart's RS human rights inspection factory generally entrusts ITS, SGS, BV, UL, TUV and other institutions to carry out the audit.
Special attention should be paid to fire safety issues during the RS human rights factory audit (fire safety issues are generally not allowed to be written). For example, in areas of 75 square meters or more, two safety exits must be set up, and the distance between the two safety exits must be greater than half of the diagonal. The safety exit door must be an outward opening door; Each floor should be equipped with volunteer firefighters; Set up emergency assembly points; Emergency assembly points must be located on the evacuation map; Fire protection facilities should have third-party maintenance; Can't write questions about hazardous waste;
The RS audit results are divided into green light, yellow light, orange light, and red light.
Remark: Since Walmart introduced new regulations and accepted reports on social responsibility from BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, RBA, IETP, etc., there have been few RS audits.
