2: Hasbro's Ethical Review Classification
Initial Review (Notification)
For Hasbro, the factory is a new supplier and has not undergone an audit in the last six months or within the past two years.
Confirmatory Audit (Surprise)
The factory was found to have committed serious violations during the previous audit. Hasbro will give the factory time to improve and inform the factory that it must undergo a surprise follow-up audit.
Annual Audit (Surprise)
The factory has undergone an audit in the past 12 months, and no serious non-compliance issues were identified during the audit. Hasbro will entrust a third party to conduct an annual audit to determine whether the factory has continuously improved its ethical situation.
3: Hasbro Zero Tolerance Issue
The Hasbro zero tolerance issue refers to problems that seriously affect individual rights, life safety, and/or the reputation of Hasbro Company. If a factory is subject to a zero tolerance issue and its operation is terminated, the licensee will be prohibited from reapplying for approval within 12 months after the termination.
