Decathlon, which originated from France, is a sports goods retailer. It was founded by Michel Relecq in 1976 and its first store was located in the small village of Enlos near Lille, France. 

In 2003, Decathlon entered China and has since expanded to 178 stores across 46 cities throughout the country. It offers a range of services including the operation of chain sports goods stores and support for the entire sports industry chain. It also has a rich array of its own brand products, and divides them into 20 different brand names according to different sports categories. For beginners and professional athletes, Decathlon can provide sports clothing, equipment, and various creative sports products. Its model of controlling the industry chain makes its products have high cost-effectiveness. In December 2018, the World Brand Lab released the "2018 World's 500 Most Valuable Brands" list, and Decathlon ranked 484th.

9. Other government department approvals or licenses (such as comprehensive timekeeping system or other types of overtime approval documents), other system certifications (such as ISO9000, ISO14000, SA8000, etc.) 

10. Safety and health training records for new employees and those changing positions, job training records, chemical personnel training, records of work-related accidents, and training certificates for emergency personnel 

11. Evaluation of risks for each position and the personal protective equipment required to be provided (including relevant union documentation, if applicable) 

12. Record of workshop humidity and temperature, record of workshop noise test, annual test of drinking water
