Through a full-process digital assessment, it screens out high-quality partners, ensuring the procurement security of millions of customers on the platform and promoting the standardized operation of the supply chain upstream and downstream. I. Audit Definition and Core Value

1. Core Definition

The Zhenkunxing Supplier Audit is a multi-dimensional systematic assessment conducted by the platform based on national regulations, industry standards, and its own ESG management system for potential partners or existing partners in the cooperation process. It covers the entire chain of compliance with qualifications, product quality, delivery capabilities, social responsibility, information security, etc. The audit entity is the Zhenkunxing Investment Department, Quality Department, or a recognized third-party institution, and it runs through the entire life cycle of the supplier from "entry - cooperation - exit". 

2. Core Value

For Suppliers: After passing the review, they can join Zhenkunxing's digital supply chain network, obtain a vast amount of industrial procurement order resources, and utilize the platform's VC system to achieve online processing of orders, reconciliation, and payment collection, thereby enhancing operational efficiency; 

For the platform and customers: Select suppliers that meet the criteria of "guaranteed quality, stable performance, and compliance transparency", to reduce procurement risks and provide efficient and reliable MRO industrial product supply services to manufacturing customers. 

II. Core Requirements for Review (Six Dimensions)

1. Compliance of Qualifications and Creditworthiness (Basic Threshold)

Basic Qualifications: Must have a business license registered for at least 2 years or more, with the unified social credit code attached, and the business scope should be consistent with the supply category; Provide the ID card of the legal representative, and invoices for water, electricity, and gas for the past half year, to prove the actual operating status; 

Industry and System Certification: For special categories, corresponding production licenses (such as 3C certification, medical device production license) are required. ISO9001 quality system certification must be obtained. For some categories, environmental management system certification is also necessary. 

Brand and Authorization: The original manufacturer must provide the trademark registration certificate, while the agent must provide a complete chain of authorization and the sales authorization letter for the Zhenkunxing network. This ensures brand compliance. 

Financial stability: Relevant financial proof must be provided to ensure the availability of sufficient funds for long-term performance and absence of major debt disputes. 

2. Product Quality and Quality Control (Core Module)

Raw material control: The raw materials must meet the requirements specified in the "Material Technical Specification". A testing report issued by a CNAS/CMA accredited testing institution should be provided 72 hours before each batch arrives, covering chemical composition, physical properties, RoHS/REACH environmental indicators, etc. 

Production process control: For key processes (such as welding, injection molding, etc.), monitoring (video recording for at least 90 days) is required. Daily upload of process parameter records; each shift conducts three inspections on the first piece, and during the production process, random inspections are conducted every 2 hours (sampling ratio ≥ 5%), and the real-time data is entered into the SCM system. 

Finished product inspection and traceability: 100% full inspection before leaving the factory, with qualified labels attached. Each product is bound with a unique traceability code, covering all link information such as raw material batches, production teams, inspection records, etc. It supports scanning for query. 

Quality Assurance: We guarantee that the goods sold are brand new and genuine. Zhenkunxing will conduct random inspections according to the AQL 0.65 standard. Any non-compliant products must be returned and re-delivered as per the requirements. 

3. Performance and Delivery Capability (Key Assessment)

Order Response: Confirm the purchase order within 24 hours upon receipt, upload the production schedule within 48 hours, and clearly define the timeframes for each process; any delay must be requested 12 hours in advance, and the delay should not exceed 3 natural days from the original delivery date. 

Logistics and Packaging: For regular orders, they are transported by box trucks by land. Precision components require temperature-controlled transportation (≤ 25℃). The transportation vehicles must be insured with a coverage amount of ≥ 120% of the order amount for cargo insurance; Packaging must be moisture-proof and shock-proof. The outer box should be marked with the LOGO, batch number, and fragile warning. Each box should be accompanied by a consistent packing list. 

After-sales guarantee: We promise to provide feedback within 4 hours after the purchase. For standard products, we offer compliant return and exchange services. We have established the "Customer Complaint and Appeal Handling Procedure" to respond promptly to quality issues. 

4. Business Ethics and Compliance (Zero Tolerance Red Line)

Integrity and Compliance: It is strictly prohibited to provide any improper benefits to the employees or clients of Zhenkunxing in any form, such as cash, gifts, luxurious banquets, entertainment activities, etc.; commercial bribery and unfair competition behaviors are also strictly prohibited; 

Reporting and Rectification: If any employee of Zhenkunxing demands bribes, they can report it to the Compliance Audit Department. After verification, they will receive a reward of up to 10 times the amount involved. Suppliers must strictly abide by the "Supplier Compliance Management Rules" and accept compliance supervision. 

5. Environmental and Social Responsibility (ESG Focus)

Green supply chain: Prioritize the use of recyclable and renewable raw materials, promote energy-saving facilities and green production processes; implement packaging reduction and standardization, and optimize transportation routes to reduce carbon emissions; 

Environmental compliance: Possessing relevant qualifications such as pollution discharge permits, storing hazardous waste in designated categories and entrusting it to qualified institutions for disposal, ensuring that pollutant emissions meet standards and retaining monitoring reports; 

Labor rights: Sign legal labor contracts, pay wages in full, contribute to social security, prohibit child labor and forced labor, and ensure the safety of employees' work and their legitimate rights and interests. 

6. Information Security and Digitalization Capabilities

Information Security: Must comply with regulations such as the "Cybersecurity Law" and the "Data Security Law" to ensure the security of customer's private data and comply with the data security management requirements of Zhenkunxing. 

Digital Adaptation: Capable of using Zhenkunxing VC system and SCM system, it enables all processes such as order confirmation, production reporting, and account reconciliation and settlement to be conducted online. 

Authentication process 

1. Admission Review Stage

Information Submission: Suppliers enter the platform through Zhenkunxing and submit basic information, qualification documents, brand authorization, etc. 

System initial review: The platform automatically checks the completeness of the materials. Once verified, the user will be registered as a merchant and an email notification will be sent. 

Manual review: The sales department conducts a review to verify the authenticity of the qualifications, the compatibility of the business scope, and the completeness of the authorization chain. The results will be notified via mobile phone and email. 

Enterprise Certification: Complete the certification of enterprise basic information and authorization certification, and sign the "Annual Framework Contract for Supplier Cooperation". 

Sample testing: Provide samples as required. The quality of the samples will be tested by Zhenkunxing or a third-party institution. Once they pass the test, they will be included in the cooperation list.
