Tesco was founded in 1919. Initially, it was just a small stall set up by Mr. Jack Cohen in the market. Tesco was established in 1932 and became the leading retailer in the UK, ranking among the top three global retail enterprises - the British TESCO Group. The name of the hypermarket operated by Tesco in China is Tesco. Since entering the Chinese market in 2004, as of early February 2013, Tesco has owned 115 Tesco hypermarkets, 1 Tesco World Supermarket, 8 Le Du Hui shopping centers and 14 pilot convenience stores in China, with a total of over seven million members. 

1. Documents Required for TESCO Inspection 

Business License 

2. Work cards or attendance records, payroll statements (for the past 12 months) 

3. Personnel roster and individual files, labor contracts 

4. Social insurance receipts, rosters, and qualification certificates, etc. 

5. Fire inspection reports or certificates of compliance, records of fire drills, emergency evacuation plans, and records of work-related injuries, etc. 

6. Environmental Certification Documents 

7. Factory regulations or employee handbook 

8. Equipment safety permits (such as elevator operation permits, kitchen hygiene permits, etc.) 

9. Special workers' onboarding (such as elevator operators, electricians, kitchen staff, health permits, etc.) 

10. Other documents (as required by the review process) 

II. Tesco's Factory Inspection Requirements: 

The weekly working hours should not exceed 52 hours. For overtime work, it is subject to the approval of the comprehensive time record. 

2. Management review and internal audit are required. 

3. Generally, the review is conducted twice a year. Human rights and quality are treated separately. 

4. Human rights are measured by the ETI standards.
