Adidas was founded in 1949 and is a member company of the German sportswear manufacturer Adidas AG. Named after its founder Adolf Adi Dassler, adidas has always represented a special status symbol in the sports equipment industry, which some people call the "three lines of victory". Especially in the world of football, no sports manufacturer can match it. Of course, in addition to football, there are also sports such as basketball, athletics, tennis, baseball, swimming, and various trendy extreme sports that occupy a place.

Adidas factory audit refers to the audit conducted by Adidas company on its suppliers. Only suppliers who pass the audit can cooperate with Adidas. Adidas factory audit includes human rights audit, quality audit, and anti-terrorism audit. Adidas factory audit is a review of social responsibility compliance, and foreign customers generally attach great importance to the factory's implementation of social responsibility.

Adidas' human rights factory inspection standards require:

1. Child labor: Factories are not allowed to employ child labor, and underage employees are not allowed to engage in physically demanding labor or other positions that may cause them physical harm, and are not allowed to work night shifts.

2. Compliance with legal requirements: The supplier's factory should at least comply with the labor laws and environmental protection regulations of the country where it is located.

3. Forced labor: Customers strictly prohibit factories from employing forced labor, including forcing workers to work overtime, using laborers, prison workers, and withholding workers' identity documents as a means of coercion to force workers to work.

4. Working hours: It is required that the weekly working hours should not exceed 60 hours and there should be at least one day off per week.

5. Salary and benefits: Is the employee's salary lower than the local minimum wage level? Do employees receive overtime pay for working overtime? Does overtime pay comply with legal requirements (1.5 times for normal overtime, 2 times for weekend overtime, and 3 times for statutory holidays)? Is the salary paid on time? Does the factory purchase insurance for its employees?

6. Health and Safety: Does the factory have serious health and safety issues, including whether the fire-fighting facilities are complete, whether the ventilation and lighting in the production area are good, whether the factory is a three in one or two in one factory, whether the number of occupants in the employee dormitory meets the requirements, and whether the hygiene, fire safety, and safety of the employee dormitory meet the requirements?
