The products are affordable, of good quality, and are popular due to various promotional discounts.

Kohl's factory inspection involves reviewing three aspects: human rights, quality, and counter-terrorism. Quality accounts for a significant proportion. KOHL's human rights factory inspection is required for almost every factory, and the audit results have a significant impact on the order. If there are serious problems or several factory inspections fail, the order cannot be placed or the shipment will be affected. Quality and anti-terrorism factory inspections are not required for every factory, and are arranged according to customer requirements.

1、 Kohl's factory inspection precautions

1. Kohl's factory inspection has a special requirement that the doors inside the factory must open inward. If the factory installs movable doors or outward opening doors, they must be changed to inward opening doors, which Kohl's cannot accept.

2. Kohl's factory inspection requires 100% insurance coverage in terms of social security. Some factories may claim that we have met the local minimum insurance coverage standards and have also obtained social security approval documents from the social security bureau. However, Kohl's does not recognize this requirement as 100% insurance coverage is a mandatory standard for Kohl's.

3. Kohls factory inspection does not tolerate any zero tolerance issues. For general customers, if there are some minor problems on site during factory inspection, as long as they are rectified and meet the requirements, Kohl's factory inspection must be reviewed and approved by auditors on site.

4. The initial review time for Kohl's factory inspection is notified, but the review and annual review times are not notified, which means that the factory needs to be prepared at all times for surprise audits.

1. Salary and benefits: Long term unpaid wages

2. Child labor: There is currently child labor

3. Imprisonment/forced labor: Workers are imprisoned/locked in factories, forced labor or prisoners

4. Punishment measures: corporal punishment or verbal abuse, sexual assault, trapping employees in dormitories, women's rights

5. Health and safety: There is a fatal danger

6. Rejected: During on-site visits
