II. Martha Factory Audit Checklist:
1. A dedicated QC team is required, with written procedures established and a list of personnel in the independent QC team provided.
2. Each work process must display a standard sample, and the hanging tag must include the order number, customer comments, date, and signature of the relevant sales representative.
3. The lightbox must be placed in a dark room for operation. During production, two people are required to jointly inspect and evaluate the color under three different light sources. The lamps should be replaced after 1,300 hours of use or 12 months, whichever comes first.
4. The lamps must be TL83 and 40W A light source, and the operating procedures should be posted in the work area.
5. Needle and sharp object control: Needles and scissors must be registered, with one needle or pair of scissors per worker. Tools must be kept with the worker at all times, and scissors must be secured to the seat using a rope. Registration should include date, time, order number, type of tool (needle/scissors), actions taken, supervisor's signature, and records must be retained. Emphasize the proper procedure for handling broken needles and require that all incidents be documented.
6. The needle detection machine must undergo a 9-point test every two hours. A standard operating procedure (SOP) for needle inspection must be developed and posted visibly. For scrap materials, a needle inspection report must be completed. Please refer to the attached documents: Needle Inspection Flowchart, Needle Inspection Operating Guide, Needle Inspection Record Form, and 9-Point Test Record Form.
7. Mold Prevention: All goods must be dry and clean, stored at least 50 cm away from walls. The warehouse must be dry and well-ventilated. A detailed mold prevention inspection procedure should be posted as an operating guide. At least two personnel are required to carry out the operation.
8. Final Inspection: Suppliers must follow the AQL or sampling inspection standards of each brand, randomly selecting samples from all sizes of finished products, covering colors and countries, and keeping records. (Each country, each size, each color) The final inspection report must be retained for at least 18 months. (Please ensure proper documentation of the final inspection report.)
9. The finished goods warehouse must be equipped with dehumidifiers and dehumidification rooms, and the warehouse should also implement zoned management (qualified products area, non-qualified products area, pending inspection area).
10. Ironing Workshop: Semi-finished products must not be directly stacked on the floor; they should be kept 50 cm away from exterior walls and 30 cm from interior walls. Clear instructions regarding ironing temperature and pressure must be posted, specifying required pressure and temperature settings for different fabric types, as well as the frequency of tablecloth replacement.
