1、 Specific content

Step 1: Provide a proposal based on the size and type of business of the organization. After you sign the proposal, the coaching and review work can begin.

Step 2: We can provide you with pre audit services to determine whether the organization meets the conditions for formal audit and to control the risk of certification failure. Although this step is optional, it is often proven to help organizations identify deficiencies in the operation of the system for improvement, and also helps organizations build confidence before formal audits.

Step 3: The first part of the initial certification audit is the assessment of the preparation for the first stage audit. This step will conduct a compliance assessment of the documented system established by the organization in accordance with standard requirements, in order to fully understand the business characteristics of the organization, evaluate the key elements of the system, and prepare for the next stage of audit arrangements. After the audit phase is completed, you will receive a written audit report that clearly identifies opportunities for improvement in the operation of the system, so that you can take prompt action.

Step 4: The second part of the initial certification audit is the "second stage audit: on-site audit". The audit method includes interviews with you and your colleagues, inspection of document records, and on-site inspection, which will be used to determine system compliance. After the on-site audit, the auditors will present audit findings based on objective evidence and classify them into serious or minor non conformities, observation items, or improvement opportunities. After you close the non conformities, a technical review of the audit will be conducted and a certificate will be issued.

Step 5: According to the contract, supervision and review will be conducted every six months or one year. During this process, we will review the corrective measures taken for past non conformities. At the same time, we will also review the mandatory items and some sampled items in the system based on the audit plan provided in advance.

Step 6: Prior to the expiration of 3 years from the initial issuance of the certificate, a re certification audit will be conducted. Afterwards, according to the contract, supervision and review shall be conducted every six months or one year, with a cycle of three years.
